How do I get started?
Once you submit the form, our product team learns your venue's operational flow and designs the menu and QR placement together with you. We handle the setup, train your staff on daily use, and then follow through with a dedicated representative.
How long to publish a menu?
If you pick from the catalog, one lunch break. If you're writing signature dishes from scratch, it depends on how many.
Is allergen info mandatory?
As of July 1, 2026, it's mandatory in Turkey for food-service businesses; EU 1169 imposes the same obligation. Knowplate ships the 14 allergens pre-marked on catalog recipes. You mark them by hand on dishes you add yourself.
How many languages are supported?
TR, EN, DE, RU, FR, AR, ES, IT, NL, PL. The Antalya and Bodrum tourist market is covered.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Just print a QR code. No tablets, no e-ink screens, no local server. Guests use their own phones.
